The The Aristo Project is located at Lot S19-3, Nguyen Luong Bang Commercial Boulevard, Tan Phu Ward, District 7 (Phu My Hung Urban Area), Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation Ltd.

The project is being developed on a 2,370 m² site and comprises one residential tower featuring a stepped architectural design, with 13 above-ground floors and 1 basement level. The development will provide 122 residential units and podium shophouses, including 112–122 premium apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units and tophouse residences, together with 8 podium shophouses for commercial use.

The project officially broke ground on 30 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion and handover in the first quarter of 2029.
