The Autonomous Robot and AI Equipment Manufacturing Plant is located in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, Hanoi, developed by Sunhouse Group as the project owner, with a total investment of nearly VND 2,000 billion (approximately USD 77 million).

The project is developed on a site of more than 130,000 m², comprising two functional zones. The first zone focuses on research and development (R&D) and the production of electronic modules and high-tech equipment, while the second zone is dedicated to the manufacturing of autonomous robots and smart home appliances. Once operational, the project is expected to produce millions of electronic modules and smart devices, as well as more than 100,000 autonomous robots annually, applying AI, IoT, robotics, and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technologies in research, development, and manufacturing.

The project broke ground on July 3, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation during the 2027–2028 period.
