The AVC Technology Vietnam High-Tech Electronic Components Manufacturing Plant is located at Kim Bang I Industrial Park, Le Ho Ward, Ninh Binh Province, and is developed by AVC Vietnam Science and Technology Co., Ltd. as the project investor, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 15.9 trillion (USD 600 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of more than 461,000 square meters, focusing on the production, processing, and assembly of high-tech products such as silencer cabinets, computer and server frames and casings, metal components, liquid cooling equipment, and water-cooling heat dissipation plates, utilizing modern production lines that meet advanced technical requirements in the electronics and supporting industries sectors.

The project officially broke ground on May 22, 2026, and is expected to complete construction investment, machinery and equipment installation, and commence operations before January 2027.
