The Ben Nha Rong – Khanh Hoi Cultural Park Project is located at the Ben Nha Rong – Khanh Hoi Port Area, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and is developed by Saigon Sun Investment and Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sun Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 29.317 trillion (around USD 1.12 billion).

The project is being developed on a site covering approximately 73.3 hectares (733,000 m²). It comprises a cultural park, landscaped green spaces, public squares, cultural and historical spaces, a pedestrian bridge, ferry terminals, parking facilities, an underground shopping center, and an integrated transport infrastructure system. The development also includes an approximately 110,000 m² cultural and historical complex at the Ben Nha Rong area, featuring a reconstruction of the historic Amiral Latouche-Tréville ship and a landmark pedestrian bridge across the Saigon River inspired by the shape of a ship’s bow.

The project officially broke ground on 1 July 2026 and is expected to be completed in phases in accordance with the approved master plan.
