The Central Urban Area and Pedestrian Street Project is located in Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen City, covering an area of approximately 6.64 hectares. The project is developed by Taseco Real Estate Investment JSC.

With a total investment of over VND 2,450 billion, the project features several key components:

• 174 premium 6-storey shophouses
• A central pedestrian street more than 330 meters long and 52 meters wide
• A large underground floor of 1.9 hectares, integrating parking facilities and commercial–service spaces

The project is envisioned as a new urban–commercial–tourism landmark in Thai Nguyen, contributing to the province’s economic, cultural, and tourism growth while elevating the city’s urban profile. Upon completion, it promises to create a vibrant and modern living and leisure destination for both residents and visitors.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on August 19, 2025. The project is scheduled for a four-year implementation (through Q2/2029), with Phase 1 expected to be operational by Q4/2026.
