The Doc Let – Phuong Mai Tourism Project is located in Dong Ninh Hoa Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, and is developed by Phuong Mai Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Amber Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 4.072 trillion (around USD 156 million).

The project is being developed on a nearly 160-hectare site and is planned to accommodate approximately 10,000 people. It will be developed as a high-end integrated tourism and resort complex featuring resorts, hotels, resort villas, entertainment facilities, a convention center, commercial and service areas, wellness facilities, as well as parks, public squares, beaches, and comprehensive technical infrastructure.

The project officially broke ground on July 9, 2026, and is scheduled for completion and operation in October 2028. Under the development plan, Phase 1, covering 68.5 hectares, is expected to commence operations in September 2027.
