The Galia Hanoi Project is located on Do Muoi Street, Yen So Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, and is developed by Tan A Dai Thanh Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (MeyGroup – Tan A Dai Thanh Group), with a total investment of approximately VND 2.55 trillion (around USD 98 million).

The project is being developed on a 6,088 m² site and comprises one residential tower with 33 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing 798 apartments with a total gross floor area of approximately 90,000 m². Designed to meet EDGE green building certification standards, the development will feature a comprehensive range of amenities, including a shopping mall, swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s playground, community spaces, and landscaped green areas.

The project officially broke ground on 4 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
