The H55 Tower Project is located within the Halong Marina Bay Urban Area in Ha Long, Quang Ninh Province, and is developed by BIM Land, a member of BIM Group.

The Project is developed on a land area of more than 4,000 sqm, comprising 30 above-ground floors and 02 basement levels, and is designed as a modern high-rise residential complex featuring a diverse range of product types to serve residential, accommodation, and urban lifestyle demands in the bayfront area.

The Project officially commenced construction on May 12, 2026, while the expected completion timeline has not yet been officially announced.
