The The Harbor Skyline Project (a precinct within Imperia Royal Island) is located on Vu Yen Island, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City, and is developed by MIK Group.

The project is being developed on a 47.3-hectare site and comprises 32 high-rise residential buildings, ranging from 8 to 30 storeys. Phase 1 will commence with four 30-storey residential towers, delivering approximately 2,300 luxury apartments. Upon completion, the entire development will provide around 15,796 premium apartments, including studio, one- to three-bedroom units, duplexes, penthouses, and podium shophouses. The project is master-planned as a multi-layered green urban development with integrated amenities, landscaped open spaces, and synchronized infrastructure.

Phase 1 is scheduled to hold its groundbreaking ceremony on 8 August 2026, while the overall project completion date has not yet been announced.
