The High-Rise Apartment Project is located within the Vlasta Urban Area – Thuy Nguyen, on 359C Boulevard, Thuy Nguyen City, Hai Phong City. The project is developed by Van Phu – Invest Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project covers a site area of more than 26,000 m² and comprises four high-rise residential towers, providing nearly 1,000 apartment units. Upon completion, it is expected to accommodate approximately 5,000 residents.

Construction officially commenced on 18 July 2026. The project completion date has not yet been announced.
