The Ho Tram Urban Expressway – Long Thanh International Airport Project stretches from the intersection of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 and Provincial Road DT.991 in Tan Thanh Ward to the intersection with Provincial Road DT.994 (Vung Tau – Binh Chau Coastal Road) in Ho Tram City. The project is developed by Masterise Long Thanh – Ho Tram Expressway Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (a member of Masterise Group) with a total investment of approximately VND 46.918 trillion (USD 1.8 billion).

The project covers an area of approximately 416 hectares and has a total length of approximately 42.07 km. It is designed as a six-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h. The project also includes two-lane frontage roads on each side in urban and residential areas, as well as an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) along the entire route.

The project officially broke ground on July 1, 2026, and is scheduled for completion and operation in 2029.
