The Investment Project on Construction and Business of Infrastructure in Đông Triều Industrial Park, located in Hoàng Quế Ward, Quảng Ninh Province, is developed by Saigon Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company (SAIGONTEL) as the Investor, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 1,987.9 billion (USD 75.3 million).

The project covers a land area of about 116.92 hectares, of which the industrial park area accounts for around 114.75 hectares. It is oriented to become a supporting industrial park, attracting modern, high-tech, and environmentally friendly manufacturing industries. About 9.82 hectares are reserved for worker housing and cultural, sports, and utility facilities to serve employees.

The project officially commenced on August 27, 2026, and is expected to complete technical infrastructure investment by 2029.
