The Le Thien – Dai Ban Industrial Cluster Project is located in An Phong Ward, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Ban Thien Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company as the Project Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1.25 trillion (equivalent to around USD 48 million).

The project covers an area of approximately 60 hectares and is planned as a modern green industrial cluster with synchronized technical infrastructure. It is designed to attract supporting industries, electrical and electronics manufacturing, mechanical engineering, logistics, high-tech industries, and other high value-added manufacturing enterprises. The project will also provide flexible ready-built factories to meet the diverse needs of investors.

The project was officially commenced on May 25, 2026, and is expected to be completed in Q3 2027.
