The Nam Tien 2 Urban Area Project is located in Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Saigonres Van Xuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. – a member company of Saigonres Group – with a total investment capital of approximately VND 4.253 trillion (USD 160 million).

The project is being implemented on a land area of approximately 35.29 hectares, comprising: 647 townhouse units, 65 lakefront villas, 4 residential towers with 1,198 high-end apartments, and a 15-storey commercial and service complex including office spaces, hotel facilities, and officetel units.

The project officially commenced construction on May 19, 2026, while the expected completion timeline has not yet been announced.
