Groundbreaking Ceremony for the New Campus of the Academy of Security Technology and Engineering in Hanoi

The New Academy of Security Technology and Engineering Project is located in the Vietnam National University Urban Area, Hoa Lac Commune, Thach That District, Hanoi, and is managed by the Ministry of Public Security.

The project is being developed on a 223,136 m² site and comprises academic buildings, an administrative headquarters, advanced technology laboratories, research and testing centers, student dormitories, and supporting infrastructure. The campus is designed to accommodate approximately 3,500 students in Phase I, with a total gross floor area of approximately 116,394.48 m².

The project officially broke ground on 28 July 2026 and is scheduled to be completed and fully operational before 2030, with the objective of becoming a leading scientific research and technology center for the People’s Public Security Force.
