The Nong Trang Vinh Phu High-Rise Social Housing Project (Vinh Phu Complex) is located in Nong Trang Ward, Phu Tho Province. The project is jointly developed by Vinh Phu Garment Joint Stock Company, VIFU GASTCO Joint Stock Company, and TV WOOD Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 1.05 trillion (around USD 40 million).

The project is being developed on a 13,459.3 m² site, with a total gross floor area of approximately 90,877 m². It comprises two 15-storey residential towers and one basement level, providing a total of 863 social housing apartments.

Construction officially commenced on 15 July 2026. The project completion date has not yet been announced by the developers.
