The QP Green Residence & QP Premium Residence Project is located in Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, and is developed by QP Group as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 4 trillion (equivalent to approximately USD 155 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of approximately 19,400 m² (1.94 hectares) and comprises two high-rise residential towers (D7 and D17) with approximately 20 above-ground floors and one basement level. The development will provide premium residential apartments integrated with commercial and service facilities, with a total gross floor area of approximately 199,700 m².

The project commenced construction in Q2 2026. The completion and operational commencement dates have not yet been officially announced.
