The Rental Housing Development is part of the Him Lam Long Bien Mixed-Use Residential Project, located in Long Bien Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam, and is developed by Him Lam Joint Stock Company. The overall project has a total investment of approximately VND 29 trillion (around USD 1.1 billion).

The newly commenced component comprises approximately 2,000 rental apartments, developed under a professionally managed rental housing model. The project will be integrated with comprehensive infrastructure, including educational facilities, green spaces, public amenities, and urban services, to meet the housing needs of workers, civil servants, industrial employees, and young families.

Construction of this component officially commenced on 22 June 2026. The completion schedule has not yet been announced by the developer.
