The The Sea Ha Long Project is located on Peninsula 2, Hung Thang Urban Area, Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province, and is developed by BIM Group as the Project Investor.

The project is being developed on a site of more than 1,500 m² and comprises one 30-storey tower with two basement levels. It is designed as a premium coastal residential development, integrating commercial and service facilities with modern resort-style amenities.

Construction of the project officially commenced on May 24, 2026, and the project is expected to be completed and put into operation during the 2028–2029 period.
