The Sejin Global Shipbuilding Components Manufacturing Plant is located in Ninh Thuy Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa Province, and is developed by Sejin Global Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sejin Heavy Industries (South Korea), with a total investment of nearly VND 1 trillion (approximately USD 38 million).

The project is being developed on an 11-hectare site and includes a shipbuilding components manufacturing plant, steel structure fabrication facilities, warehouses, auxiliary facilities, and integrated technical infrastructure. The plant will manufacture deck houses, engine casings, and other shipbuilding components, while serving as a strategic supplier within the supply chain of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding.

The project officially broke ground on July 21, 2026, and is scheduled for completion and commercial operation in the third quarter of 2027.
