The SkySOLIS Project (legal name: Saigon – Thuan An Commercial Apartment Complex) is located at 88/10 Binh Duong Boulevard, Dong Nhi Quarter, Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by SkyWorld Development (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of VND 2.417 trillion (approximately USD 91 million).

The project is being developed on a 9,443.5-square-meter site and comprises two 40-story towers with three basement levels. It will provide a total of 1,101 units, including 859 residential apartments, 222 mixed-use units, and 20 shophouses.

Construction officially commenced with the groundbreaking ceremony on 15 July 2026, and the project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2029.
