The Tan Trao Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Development and Operation Project is located in Kien Hung Commune, Kien Thuy District, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Sao Mai Kien Thuy Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 680.7 billion (around USD 26.7 million).

The project is being developed on a 499,756.8 m² site (approximately 50 hectares) and includes a comprehensive technical infrastructure system comprising internal roads, power supply, water supply, street lighting, telecommunications, a centralized wastewater collection and treatment plant, an administration building, and other essential supporting infrastructure. Upon completion, the project will provide serviced industrial land to attract secondary investors and support manufacturing and industrial activities.

The project officially broke ground on 31 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion and operation after 18 months of construction.
