The Taseco Thuy Nguyen Industrial Park Project (Phase 1) is located in Bach Dang, Nam Trieu, and Hoa Binh wards, Hai Phong City, within the core area of the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone. The project is developed by Taseco Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of approximately VND 4,000 billion (USD 150 million).

The project is being developed on a site area of nearly 250 hectares, including more than 167 hectares dedicated to industrial land and warehouses. The industrial park is master planned with synchronized functional zones, including service and administrative areas, a technical center, water supply systems, internal transportation infrastructure, approximately 29 hectares of green space, and 7 hectares of water surface area, aiming toward a modern industrial park model that balances industrial development with environmental sustainability.

The project was officially commenced on May 14, 2026, and is expected to complete infrastructure development and commence operations during the 2028–2029 period.
