The Tesla 02 & Tesla 08 Townhouse Development is part of the Suoi Xanh Coffee Cultural Eco-Urban Area Project, located in the Suoi Xanh area, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province, and is developed by Trung Nguyen Investment Joint Stock Company.

The development forms part of the Suoi Xanh Coffee Cultural Eco-Urban Area, an integrated urban township envisioned as an eco-oriented community inspired by the distinctive coffee culture of Vietnam’s Central Highlands. The project comprises rows of townhouses within the Tesla 02 and Tesla 08 precincts, featuring well-planned architecture, integrated technical infrastructure, and landscaped public spaces to create a modern living environment in harmony with nature.

The project officially broke ground on 22 June 2026 and is scheduled for completion in June 2027.
