Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for the Dragon E-Home Social Housing Project in Ho Chi Minh City

The Dragon E-Home Social Housing Project is located within the Dragon Village Urban Area in Long Truong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Phu Long Real Estate Corporation.

The project is being developed on a site area of nearly 19,000 m² and comprises six 8-storey residential blocks, providing 764 social housing apartments and 34 commercial-service units for lease. The apartments range in size from 25 m² to 69 m², catering to the housing needs of workers and other eligible beneficiaries under the social housing program.

The project officially broke ground on 22 June 2026 and is envisioned as a new-generation social housing development, contributing to the supply of affordable housing in the eastern area of Ho Chi Minh City.
