The Ba Ria General Hospital Expansion Project is located in Tam Long Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with the Ho Chi Minh City Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board serving as the Investor. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 739.16 billion (USD 29.6 million).

The project is being developed on a site covering approximately 3,275 m², comprising one basement level and eight above-ground floors, with a total gross floor area of over 20,000 m², excluding the basement. The development aims to provide 300 inpatient beds for obstetrics and pediatrics, with functional areas including emergency care, examination and treatment rooms, operating rooms, delivery rooms, postpartum care, inpatient wards, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric emergency and intensive care units.

The project officially commenced construction on October 2, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
