The LeafSeal Chemical Manufacturing and Logistics Center is located in Dong Nai Province and developed by LeafSeal Company, a member of the SOL E&C Ecosystem. The project marks the establishment of LeafSeal’s first manufacturing facility, aiming to expand its production capacity in waterproofing materials and contribute to SOL E&C’s sustainable development strategy.

The project consists of a high-quality waterproofing materials manufacturing plant, including key components such as a production workshop, R&D (Research & Development) center, logistics warehouse, and administrative office building. The construction officially commenced on October 10, 2025, and the completion date has not yet been announced.
