The Headquarters Project of Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) is located at 31–33–35 Ly Thuong Kiet Street and 6–8–10 Vong Duc Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, with Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) serving as the Investor.

The project is being developed on a site with a construction area of approximately 2,200 m², comprising one building with 14 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels. The development aims to establish a modern headquarters that meets high standards for architecture, engineering, and construction quality.

The project officially commenced foundation works on September 29, 2026, with main construction scheduled to begin in early 2027 and completion expected in 2029.
