The Auriver Project (Hoa An Commercial and Service Apartment Complex) is located along National Highway 1K, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An City, Ho Chi Minh City, with SH Dong An Company Limited serving as the Project Investor, in cooperation with Saigon High Rise Investment Joint Stock Company as the development partner. The project has a total investment capital of approximately VND 2.439 trillion (approximately USD 100 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 14,096.3 m², comprising one 40-story tower with three basement levels, providing a total of 1,841 units, including 1,402 residential apartments, 262 officetels, and 177 shophouses.

The project officially broke ground on September 18, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over in 2029.
