The Bcons NewSky Project is located on the frontage of National Highway 13 / Binh Duong Boulevard, Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City), and is developed by Bcons Group.

The project covers a land area of 1.98 hectares with a construction density of 38%, comprising three 31-storey towers that will provide approximately 1,656 apartments. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Bcons NewSky show house took place on October 7, 2025, with project completion and handover expected in the second quarter of 2028.

In addition to Bcons NewSky, Bcons Group is also investing in several other developments, including Bcons Binh An Dong Tay, Bcons Asahi, Bcons City, and Bcons Solary, which belong to different stages of the group’s expanding real estate ecosystem.
