The Chan May – Lang Co Social Housing Project is located in Chan May Urban Area, Chan May – Lang Co Commune, Hue City. The project is invested by Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company and developed by FUTA Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 578 billion (around USD 23–24 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 1.9 hectares, comprising low-rise social housing blocks (under 6 floors) along with synchronous technical infrastructure, providing around 460 apartments, with a total gross floor area of over 51,000 m².

The project officially broke ground on March 26, 2026 and is expected to be completed in Q2 2027.
