The Commercial Center Project at Châu Đức Industrial Park officially commenced construction on September 15, 2025, in Ngãi Giao Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. This is one of the key projects aimed at enhancing the commercial infrastructure of the area.

The project is invested by Phúc Vinh Trading and Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and constructed by CBM as the general contractor. It is developed as a modern commercial complex comprising a central market hall, shophouses, terraced houses, transportation infrastructure, parking facilities, and supporting amenities.

The project is expected to be completed after 18 months of construction
