The ECO RETREAT LONG AN ecological urban – commercial – tourism project is located in Phase 9, southwest of the Eco Retreat Urban Area in Ben Luc, Long An (now Tay Ninh Province), developed by Ecopark as the investor.

The project covers an area of 33 hectares with a construction density of 18%, providing 483 island villas, semi-detached villas, detached villas, and mansions. Developed under the model of resort – ecology – commerce, PK9 is expected to become a special highlight within the overall ecosystem of amenities for the entire area.

The project officially commenced construction on December 10, 2025, and is expected to be handed over by the end of 2026.
