The FECON IP Hoa Yen Industrial Park Project is located in Bac Ninh Province and is developed by FECON Corporation, with a total investment of over VND 3,700 billion (approximately USD 150 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 256.68 hectares, comprising functional zones such as industrial production areas, logistics warehouses, ready-built factories, and supporting service areas, along with a synchronized technical infrastructure system developed to modern standards.

The project officially broke ground on April 3, 2026, and is expected to be fully completed by around 2028.
