The investor is the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works of Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment of over VND 2,240 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 14,344 m², featuring one building block with 21 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of about 98,000 m². The project is scheduled to break ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
