Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House Project

The Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House Project is located at No. 4 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The investor is the Management Board of Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works of Ho Chi Minh City, with a total investment of over VND 2,240 billion.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 14,344 m², featuring one building block with 21 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of about 98,000 m². The project is scheduled to break ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
