The Hotel and Office Complex Project is located at Plot CĐTT.12-HH, within the National Exhibition Center Project, Dong Anh District, Hanoi, and is developed by Masterise Group as the Investor.

The project is developed on a land area of over 38,600 m², comprising 01 hotel tower of 42 floors (~450 five-star standard rooms) and 01 Grade A office tower of 24 floors (with a gross floor area of 28,600 m²), along with a convention center and amenities complex of more than 15,300 m², providing spaces for accommodation, working, and large-scale conferences and events.

The project officially broke ground on March 26, 2026, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
