The Housing Project for General Department II Armed Forces is located in Tay Tuu Ward, Thuong Cat Urban Functional Area, Hanoi, and is developed by a consortium of Taseco Real Estate Investment JSC (Taseco Land) and Newtatco Co., Ltd. as the Investors, with a total investment of approximately VND 1.925 trillion (equivalent to approximately USD 80 million).

The project covers a land area of approximately 42,647 m² and comprises nine buildings, including seven social housing buildings and two commercial housing buildings, each with nine above-ground floors and one basement level. The project will provide approximately 980 apartments, with a total gross floor area of nearly 95,000 m², accommodating more than 1,480 residents.

The project is scheduled to break ground in Q4 2026 and is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
