The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Force is located at land lots coded 3-2 and 3-4, N9 urban subdivision, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City, developed by Thai Nam Land Joint Stock Company as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately 7,000 billion VND (~280 million USD).

The project is implemented on a land area of 30.76 hectares, with multiple housing blocks, including towers of 12 floors above ground and 1 basement level, providing 2,816 social housing apartments along with 204 low-rise commercial houses.

The project is scheduled to break ground on August 28, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
