The K-Home Cityview project is located on Điểu Xiển Street, Hố Nai Ward, Biên Hòa City, Đồng Nai Province, and is developed by Kim Oanh Land (a member of Kim Oanh Group).

The project covers a land area of 2.85 hectares, featuring four residential towers with 22 floors each, delivering 2,000 social housing units. It is designed as a self-contained community with integrated amenities, including a small-scale commercial and service zone to serve residents.

K-Home Cityview is part of Kim Oanh Land’s Singapore-standard social housing series in Đồng Nai. The masterplan and design are carried out by Surbana Jurong (Singapore), with the project applying the EDGE green building certification for sustainable and eco-friendly construction.

The groundbreaking ceremony was officially held on September 23, 2025.
