The Ninh Kieu Ward Social Housing Project is located at 21B Mau Than Street, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City, with Mekong Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company serving as the Project Investor. The project has a total investment capital of approximately VND 568.5 billion (approximately USD 23 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 2,166.2 m², comprising one 25-story apartment building plus a technical penthouse and two basement levels, providing 308 social housing apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 31,603.75 m².

The project officially broke ground on September 18, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over in Q3 2029.
