The Northwest New Urban Area Project of Bac Ninh City (Vinhomes King Park Hoa Long) is located in Kinh Bac Ward, Bac Ninh City, and is developed by a consortium of Vingroup, Thanh Binh, Cuoc Song Moi Real Estate, and Phu Tho Land, with a preliminary total investment of approximately VND 41,270 billion (approximately USD 1.6 billion).

The project covers a land area of nearly 269 hectares, comprising 3,870 townhouses, 352 high-end villas, eight mixed-use apartment plots of up to 31 storeys, and two mixed-use service development plots of up to 30 storeys. The project also includes commercial and service facilities, healthcare and education facilities, a sports center, parks, and water features.

The project is scheduled to officially break ground on 16 September 2026, with an estimated development period of 6–7 years.
