The Picity SkyZen Project is located on the frontage of National Highway 1A, An Binh Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now Ho Chi Minh City), and is developed by Pi Group as the project developer.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 3,353 m², comprising 01 tower with 38 above-ground floors and 01 basement level, providing approximately 650 units including officetels, 2–3 bedroom apartments, and commercial shophouses, along with a system of approximately 65 internal amenities following a modern urban development orientation.

The project officially commenced construction on 10/05/2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
