The Red River Scenic Boulevard Project is developed along the Red River, stretching from Hong Ha Bridge to Me So Bridge in Hanoi. The project is invested in by a consortium of developers including Dai Quang Minh, Van Phu, MIK Group, THACO, T&T Group, and Hoa Phat Group, with a total investment of VND 855,000 billion (approximately USD 32 billion).

The project covers a total land area of approximately 11,000 hectares and comprises the following components:

• Transportation boulevard: 80 km
• Landscape parks: 3,300 ha
• Urban redevelopment areas: 2,100 ha
• Metro line
• Resettlement areas

The project aims to develop a modern urban space, featuring cross-river infrastructure, and a strategic system of public spaces, services, tourism, and transportation.

The project is scheduled to break ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed by 2030.
