On the morning of August 15, 2025, the investor Hai Phat Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for The Seahara Mũi Né, a high-end resort project located at No. 1 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Phu Hai Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province (now part of Lam Dong).

The Seahara Hotel & Resort is master-planned on a total land area of 56,812.4 m², with a construction density of 34.32%, and a total investment capital of approximately VND 6,000 billion. The Seahara Mũi Né harmoniously combines modern high-rise architecture inspired by the soft, flowing lines of ocean waves, with a system of villas and shophouses that embody both residential resort living and commercial value.

The project is divided into the following zones:

• High-rise apartment zone: The Seahara Phan Thiet Apartments are planned at the heart of the development, consisting of two 25-storey towers with nearly 1,000 units in total.
• Low-rise villa zone: The Seahara Phan Thiet Villas include over 100 semi-detached and detached villas, ranging from 150 – 200 m² in size.
