The Serena Riverside Project is located on Vinh Phu 29 Street, Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, and is developed by Dat Phuoc Investment Joint Stock Company as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 1.175 trillion (USD 47 million).

The project covers a site area of nearly 6,000 m² and comprises two residential blocks, providing a total of 622 units, including 485 apartments (78%), 128 officetels (20.6%), and 9 shophouses (1.4%). The project’s internal amenities are designed under a Home Resort concept.

The project officially broke ground on September 13, 2026, and is expected to be completed and handed over to customers in Q4 2028.
