The Sky M Ha Long Project is located in Halong Marina Urban Area, Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Hung Thang Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, and is invested by BIM Group, through its member company BIM Land, with a total investment of VND 2,978 billion.

The project is a Mixed-use Commercial Service Complex and Serviced Apartment Development, built on a land area of 10,788 m², with a construction density of 49.5%. It includes 3 towers of 40 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, providing 1,980 apartments and 53 shophouses at the podium.

The project commenced on December 4, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
