The Thanh Cong Harbor View Apartment Complex is located in Cao Xanh Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, with PV – Inconess Investment Joint Stock Company serving as the project investor.

The project comprises three residential towers, featuring 19 above-ground floors and one basement level, providing approximately 964 apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 95,766.53 square meters.

The project officially broke ground on September 14, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
