On the morning of August 2, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Westlake Square Hanoi Complex — one of the landmark projects in the new Tay Ho Tay urban area — was held at land plot C1CC1, Hanoi. The event was hosted and organized by Toshin Development, the real estate arm of Takashimaya Group.

In its first phase, Westlake Square Hanoi will feature a total gross floor area of approximately 43,000 square meters. The development will include a retail center from basement level B1 to the 6th floor, and premium office spaces from the 7th to the 10th floor, all designed with a modern architectural approach.

Notably, the project aims to achieve LEED Platinum certification, the highest level under the U.S. Green Building Council’s sustainability rating system.
