The Cai Rang Ward Social Housing Project is located at the former Construction Site No. 6, Yen Trung Area, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam. The project is invested in by Tay Do Housing Development Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 5,387 billion (approximately USD 215 million).

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 73,986.6 m² (7.4 hectares), comprising six 29-storey social housing apartment buildings, providing approximately 2,940 apartments, along with two 30-storey mixed-use commercial apartment buildings and supporting commercial and service facilities. The master plan also includes comprehensive amenities such as a kindergarten, a medical station, land reserved for primary and secondary schools, community spaces, and approximately 1.78 hectares of green spaces and water features.

The project officially broke ground on 24 October 2026 and has a construction implementation period of 48 months, with completion no later than 31 May 2030.
