Digital Technology Building No. 01 is located in Phu Dien Ward and Tay Tuu Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam, within the FPT Digital Technology Urban Park. The project is developed by FPT Corporation, with a total investment of over VND 1,311 billion (approximately USD 50.5 million).

The project is being developed on Plot CNS1, covering an area of 17,217 m², with a building scale of 7 above-ground floors, 1 basement and 1 rooftop floor, and a total gross floor area of approximately 69,831.5 m². Designed to meet Grade I office building standards, the facility is intended to serve as a workspace for digital technology professionals, as well as a hub for research and collaboration.

The project officially broke ground on 15 October 2026 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.
